Booking Process
Once your request has been received, we will confirm availability.
You will then receive an official confirmation email from info@casacefiro.com confirming your booking.
After that, our travel agency Connection Travel Inc. will send you an email with the invoice and a secure payment link to complete your reservation.
Payments
All prices are shown in USD and EUR.
To confirm your booking, a 100% prepayment of the total amount is required, made exclusively through the secure payment link provided in the electronic invoice sent by Connection Travel Inc.
All credit card payments carry a 4% service fee.
Alternatively, payment in cash may be made directly in Havana at check-in, upon prior coordination with management.
In this case, no additional fees will apply.
Cancellations
More than 30 days prior to check-in: full refund of the amount paid.
Within 30 days prior to check-in: no refund will be issued.
Verified force majeure: a non-refundable credit will be granted, valid for 12 months, subject to availability, to reschedule your stay.
Check-in and Check-out Process
Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon).
Times can be flexible, depending on availability.
